“He comes every Tuesday. It's a regular weekly service. He cuts the grass, hedges and trims anything...needs trimming up a tree or anything. He takes care of it. I give them A's. Ryan's been doing my yard for a lot of years. I've been here 12 years and I've never done the yard. I used to have a big house in Kentucky. It was a big house set up on a hill and had a huge yard. I had one of those big walk-behind mowers...the ones professionals use. It took me 2 or 3 hours to take care of my yard. I was young in those days so I could do it. But now I don't even have a lawn mower. He does a lot of yards around my neighborhood. He has 2 or 3 trucks with equipment.They come in. I'll use him tomorrow. He is just very professional. He has a crew that does it. He's usually here overseeing them sometimes and sometimes he's not. He has a crew of...usually 3 guys hit my yard and take something about 20 minutes or so and it's done. I don't have a big yard. They have riding mowers. One of them is doing the mower. One of them is doing the trimming and somebody comes along behind and blows all the stuff away, picks up any loose stuff, throws it in his truck and he's gone to the next house. It's a big business down here in Florida. I live in a big gated neighborhood, it's like 10000 houses in here. Most people have their yards done; very few people do their yards here. It's kind of an upscale neighborhood. Most people work so somebody comes along and... If you are working, you get up and go to work, you come home, and your yard is all cut. And then it gives you the weekends free and go do things you want to do.”
